Privacy Policy

Who we are

LandAgent (landagentai.com) is operated by Orange Beaver Inc., 334 Springdale Blvd, Toronto, Ontario M4C 2A4, Canada (“we”, “us”). This policy covers the website, the reports it produces and the Report Assistant.

What we collect

• Account details. Your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the name and profile picture Google shares with us. If you sign up with a password, it is stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider; we never see it.
• What you ask us to analyse. The listing links, addresses, parcel outlines and documents (such as survey plats) you submit, and the reports we produce from them.
• Report Assistant conversations. The questions you type and the answers returned.
• Technical data. Server logs such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and error details, kept to run and secure the service.

We do not use advertising trackers. Subscription payments, when paid plans open, are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

• To sign you in, keep your reports in your account and manage your subscription and its monthly report allowance.
• To run the analyses you request and answer your Report Assistant questions.
• To fix problems, review flagged parcel boundaries and improve report accuracy.
• To contact you about your account or the beta, for example when a report you flagged is re-run.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to run LandAgent: cloud hosting and storage, account authentication, AI model providers that process Report Assistant questions and uploaded documents, and data services that retrieve public listing and property records for the listings you submit. They process data only on our instructions and only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to a buyer or successor if the business is sold or reorganised.

Some providers are located in the United States, so your information may be processed outside Canada and be subject to the laws of those countries.

Google sign-in

If you choose Sign in with Google, we receive only your name, email address and profile picture. We use them solely to create and identify your LandAgent account. We do not request access to your Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and reports while your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account we remove your personal information within 30 days, except where we must keep records to meet a legal obligation. Server logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent to its use, by emailing landagentai@gmail.com. You can also revoke LandAgent’s access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account settings. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the privacy regulator where you live.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections and stored with access limited to the people who run the service. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your information.

Children

LandAgent is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We will post any change to this policy on this page and update the date above. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we will tell you by email or in the app first.
